Frequently Asked Question

The icons in the top menu provide quick access to your account and platform activities:

1. Points Display: This shows your current Point balance. Tap it to go to the Points page, where you can buy or withdraw Points.
2. Chat: Tap this icon to access your text chat conversations with other users.
3. Notifications: This is where you can view all your platform activities, announcements, and TONE requests.

4. Settings: This icon opens a menu where you can access various app configurations and information. It includes sections for:

   • Language: Change the app's display language.
   • Account: Manage your personal information, password, and notification settings.
   • Legal: View documents like our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
   • Support: Access the Help Center and other support resources.
